— ROLE

Creative Director

Archibald/Williams is an exciting Sydney-based ad agency. They needed something special to shape the agency’s culture and help new employees find their groove. With a focus on brand stewardship and team management, I collaborated with a vibrant team of young creatives to craft a distinctive agency book reflecting the agency’s passion for classic vinyl. This project helped define their culture and served as a valuable resource for new employees. Emphasizing open communication and creative collaboration, I encouraged every team member to contribute ideas and fostered an environment where innovation thrived. Every creative check-in was a chance for the team to share new ideas and make each other laugh. This experience instilled in me a commitment to empowering individuals and building brands that connect deeply.

We included a few jokes in the early drafts, fully expecting them to be killed after a laugh. To my amazement, everything survived, even this massage voucher to present to the Managing Director.

Thank goodness we had Drake to walk us through the tedious process of locking up.
